Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will serve as the central marketing resource responsible for shaping, implementing, and evolving all aspects of Automha’s marketing efforts. This role is hands-on, strategic and is perfect for someone eager to take ownership of brand presence, content execution, and campaign performance across both digital and traditional channels.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Implementation & Planning

  • Execute Automha’s 18-month marketing strategy
  • Manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors (e.g., Dorado for web/SEO)

Content Creation & Brand Development

  • Develop compelling content for print, digital, email, and social media
  • Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and brand messaging
  • Oversee internal communications and contribute to crisis communication plans

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage Automha’s LinkedIn Company Page and content calendar
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies in collaboration with Dorado
  • Launch and grow Automha’s YouTube presence

Advertising & PR

  • Draft and distribute press releases
  • Coordinate advertising with trade publications (e.g., Modern Materials Handling, DC Velocity)
  • Support article submissions and thought leadership outreach

Events & Promotion

  • Organize and promote Automha’s presence at trade shows, webinars, and industry events
  • Create supporting promotional materials, banners, and flyers

Website & Analytics

  • Act as the liaison to guide content direction and freshness
  • Monitor analytics (LinkedIn, Google, HubSpot) and adjust tactics accordingly

Sales Enablement

  • Develop marketing collateral, case studies, and pitch decks for the sales team
  • Design tools to support lead generation and customer engagement

Research & Feedback

Position Summary 

We are seeking a performance‑driven, solution‑focused professional to step into the Warehouse Automation Sales Manager – Mexico role and help drive results while delivering exceptional customer value. This position offers a competitive base salary plus a generous performance‑based compensation plan.

Job Description:

Promote and sell Automha’s portfolio of material handling and warehouse automation solutions throughout Mexico, including semi-automated systems, Unit Load ASRS, case storage systems, AMRs, conveyor systems, and fully integrated turnkey automation solutions. Collaborate closely with the Automha Americas Engineering Sales team to identify opportunities, develop system concepts, and support customers throughout the sales process.

The role reports directly to the Commercial Director – Americas.

Defined Territory:

The country of Mexico.

The Role consists of the following:

  1. Develop a thorough understanding of the entire Automha product line, in order to develop strategies which best suit our equipment.
  2. Keep abreast of market conditions, via competitive activities and customer needs, in order to identify and meet the region’s needs.
  3. Leads/Client investigation to capture data and documentation necessary to design and propose best-of-class material handling solutions utilizing the Automha product line.
  4. Work with potential clients to elevate their current state of operations within the markets that the Company is responsible for.
  5. Interface within all hierarchies of an organization to help minimize any delays in determining project viability.
  6. Evaluate the Manual, Semi-Automated and Fully Automated material handling processes in warehousing and distribution and communicate those to the Automha team and to clients.
  7. Prepare proposals for client presentation, in collaboration with current processes.
  8. Help to develop strategic partnerships with established material handling dealers.
  9. Foster relationships with both builder and consultants who have opportunity to promote Automha products.
  10. Develop relationships with new clients and foster long-term relationships with existing clients.
  11. Work with the Design Engineering Team to develop unique and innovative solutions to meet or exceed our client’s expectations while maintaining project profitability.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude, both with our clients, and amongst our team members.
  13. Support Product Development of our product line whenever possible.
  14. All other duties assigned by the Commercial Director – Americas in support of our overall sales efforts.

Required:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the material handling industry; experience selling automation solutions is preferred.
  2. Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, is required.
  3. Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
  4. Position must be based in Mexico.

Expectations:

  1. Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft tools.
  3. Able to understand simple AutoCAD Drawings.
  4. Able to travel as required and/or requested within North America, Canada and Europe.

Position Summary 

We are seeking an Automation Solutions Consultant to support the development and sale of warehouse automation solutions across North America. This role is ideal for someone with experience in material handling, systems integration, or warehouse automation sales who understands how to identify opportunities, develop conceptual solutions, and guide customers through the sales process. 

The successful candidate will work directly with end users, integrators, and consulting firms to understand operational challenges and recommend automation solutions including AS/RS, shuttle systems, conveyors, AMRs, pallet automation, and goods-to-person technologies. Former Solutions Engineers, Applications Engineers, or Sales Engineers looking to transition into a customer-facing sales role are strongly encouraged to apply. 

Key Responsibilities 

Business Development & Customer Engagement 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with end users, integrators, consultants, and industry partners. 
  • Identify and qualify new automation opportunities within distribution, manufacturing, and cold storage environments. 
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer operations, growth plans, throughput requirements, and business objectives. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by recommending automation strategies that align with customer needs. 

Proposal & Sales Process Management 

  • Coordinate the development of budgetary and formal proposals. 
  • Work with engineering, operations, and vendor partners to develop pricing and technical scope. 
  • Present concepts, layouts, and business cases to customers and executive stakeholders. 
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from initial contact through contract award. 

Internal Collaboration 

  • Create detailed Design Notes for the Engineering team. 
  • Partner with mechanical, controls, software, and project teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable. 
  • Coordinate with global engineering resources and equipment suppliers as required. 
  • Participate in design reviews and customer presentations. 

Project Support & Handoff 

  • Support the transition from sales to project execution teams after award. 
  • Assist with scope clarification and customer communications during project kickoff. 
  • Maintain customer relationships throughout project execution and identify future opportunities. 

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred. 
  • 3–7 years of experience in warehouse automation, material handling, intralogistics, or systems integration. 
  • Experience selling, specifying, or supporting automated solutions such as AS/RS, conveyors, AMRs, robotics, shuttle systems, or related technologies. 
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material flow concepts. 
  • Experience developing layouts, concepts, or automation proposals. 
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to both operational and executive-level audiences. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic layout tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software. 

Preferred Experience 

  • Former Sales Professionals, Solutions Engineer, Applications Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Sales Engineer within the warehouse automation industry. 
  • Experience working with large capital equipment projects ($500K–$20M+). 
  • Familiarity with automated storage systems, pallet handling solutions, warehouse software, and systems integration projects. 
  • Experience responding to RFQs, RFPs, and budgetary design requests.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales – Full Automation.
