AutomhaCare – After-market Support

Like most electrical/mechanical equipment, warehouse automation requires maintenance and, at times, software updates. AutomhaCare provides a comprehensive aftermarket support structure managed by General Manager – Operations Kathy Platek, who operates from our Buffalo, New York, facility.

Automha designs equipment, when possible, to allow diagnostics and possibly software updates to be carried out remotely. This approach provides our clients with the fastest possible service while reducing costs. Not all required maintenance can be done remotely, requiring a trained technician to visit the client’s facility. AutomhaCare provides on-site maintenance through our factory-trained technicians. AutomhaCare takes the responsibility of supporting our clients very seriously and only uses factory-trained technicians for remote or on-site support. It is also popular for us to train your own technicians, who will guide your in-house maintenance team.

During and after the installation of a system, AutomhaCare carries out comprehensive training courses for users, providing every tool necessary for learning all operational functions, and it organizes customized tutoring sessions during the startup phase.

AutomhaCare has recently introduced online or in-person training sessions for clients who need refresher courses on either the operation or maintenance of their system. Classes are tailored to the client’s specific system and/or to certain aspects of the system, prearranged with AutomhaCare. These classes are also ideal for clients that have new employees and need to have them certified in correct operations.
