Introduction to AUTOSATMOVER

Autosatmover comprises of a mother shuttle that travels along rails perpendicular to the storage lanes. This shuttle is powered by a bus-bar located at each level within the system. The mother shuttle carries on board the Supercap, an onboard satellite controlled via Wi-Fi by the mother shuttle, designed for operations within the various storage lanes. This satellite facilitates the automatic storage and retrieval of pallets with automatic charging each time it is docked with the mothership, allowing for 24/7 use without operator assistance.

The Autosatmover system operates without the need for batteries, tethers, or hydraulics.

The configuration of the system primarily incorporates conveyors and/or Rushmover for horizontal transportation, lifters for vertical movement of pallets, and the Autosatmover for the storage and retrieval of pallets into and out of designated storage lanes.

Our AWMS software manages the entire Autosatmover system, which oversees the movement of every pallet throughout each phase of the storage and retrieval process. This orchestrated movement of multiple pieces of equipment within the same aisle is referred to as “The Magic of Simultaneous Motion.”
