Miniload systems store and retrieve cases, totes, or trays, in a high throughput/high-density environment.

Automha design criteria for any product and solution starts with an unparalleled grasp of practical needs; we ensure that what we are designing works not only on a computer screen but also in a warehouse day-to-day operations. Our origins in warehouse environments have endowed us with a profound understanding of the demanding, real-world business challenges our customers face. This deep insight is reflected in Automha’s heavy-duty Miniload systems, designed to meet our client’s operational and business requirements. Miniload systems are automated storage solutions specifically tailored for handling containers or trays under medium to high throughput conditions with significant weight considerations.

These storage systems feature a central corridor for the Miniload crane (a smaller version of the Automha Stacker Crane’s) operation, flanked by two shelving racks on either side for storing boxes or trays. Adjacent to these are one or more automation areas where the Stacker Crane places the retrieved loads from the racks. Conveyors then transport the load unit to the operator and, following the completion of picking, return it to the Stacker Crane for re-placement on the racks, all at maximum efficiency and under full computerized control.

Automha’s management software (AWMS) oversees the system, tracks load unit movements and positions within the warehouse, and manages operational flows. The reliability and swift accelerations of the Miniload system, the modular design of the shelving racks, and the interface software’s functionality render these systems both highly productive and efficient.

Advantages of Miniload:

Our Miniload machines are designed for energy efficiency; during deceleration and descent, the motors regenerate energy, which is then fed back into the building’s electrical grid, leading to significant financial savings.

These systems operate silently, minimizing noise disruption.

The machine comprises straightforward, easily identifiable and maintainable components.

Capable of handling load weights of up to 300 kg.

Manages various load units, including trays, cardboard boxes, and plastic boxes of different sizes and heights. Customization of unit loads is available upon request.

Ideal for applications requiring high storage density, significant throughput, and software oversight.

Can be installed in environments with low temperatures.
